Thirty-five people came out to hear homeowners Barbara Rhines and Kathy Corbin took us through the process of how they fell in love with with their diamond-in-the-rough homes and how much fun they have had taking on their extreme renovation challenges. Garrick Niemiec spoke about how to approach major renovation projects and we had a lot of time for interesting questions and answers from the group. Refreshments were served afterwards, and people stayed and talked with the speakers and each other until finally being kicked out of the building at 6:30 PM.
