UPDATING AN ORIGINAL, THREE 20TH CENTURY HOUSES IN THE 21ST CENTURY
2020 ANNUAL AWARD
These projects represent significant examples of concerted efforts to continue the life of modern houses in Lincoln. Each project included deep renovations that were particularly sensitive to the original designs and to the Modernist ethos each house embodies and to the careful relationship between the house, the landscape, and the neighborhood as seen in its original design conception and worked to enhance the important aspect of Modernism, as well.
